	AUTOMATIC NUMBERING HEADS STANDARD FEATURES Automatic advance of the wheels, count up or down. Heavy-duty wheels, frame and shaft Up to 12 wheels available (depending on character size) Automatic advance of up to 6 wheels Automatic advance possible every 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th impact. Available Character Sizes: 3/64”, 1/16”, 3/32”, 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16”, 1/4” Other sizes may be available. Contact sales for more information. OPTIONAL FEATURES A variety of shanks are available Trip-rod mechanisms are available for mounting to press Special marking sequences (i.e. mark twice then advance) Custom engraved wheels and special character styles (low stress, condensed, alphabet wheels, etc.) are also available.

	Automatic Numbering Head for Hot Stamping Applications STANDARD FEATURES Our Automatic Numbering Head can be equipped with optional Hot Stamping Equipment and optional proportional temperature control. The Hot Stamping feature provides a heating element in the wheel shaft When the optional proprtional temperature control is used, which is highly recommended, a uniform temperature can be maintained.
